RM260 SC

The rotary machine with the most reduced footprint and quickest changeover

The 8-station rotary machine includes fill and seal packaging systems that operate with intermittent motion filling and sealing. Operating with a reduced footprint, the RM260 SC can fill pre-made stand-up pouches that are automatically fed from a manually loaded in-feed conveyor and individually collected in order to enter the machine. This machine model is operable with zip pouches as well. Pouches move through the stations with a rotary carrousel system, which is the location of the groups. The RM260 SC is operational with dosing powder, granule, and pieces products. The machine includes a rejection system for unopened pouches or unfilled pouches. Upon conclusion of the process, pouches are discharged down a chute, and then delivered to the customer. The changeovers can be done in 15 minutes.

Auto Changeover

The pouch clamps have an innovative auto changeover feature, hence allowing for an HMI-recipe based push bottom changeover.

Product Settler (optional)

The system is available for bottom-oriented pouch agitation during the filling process to help settle the product below the top seal area. The height of the system is adjustable with the use of a quick release handle.

Infeed Conveyor

Our infeed conveyor system includes a 3-phase motor, which creates a destacker position for the transfer into the machine.

An edge computer, placed in the machine cabinet, is responsible for collecting and sending data to the cloud through an internet connection to be stored and analyzed by Mespack Athena.
