Who Is Behind Mespack? Meet Josep Molero, Realization Manager

SHARE

With more than two decades of experience at Mespack, Josep Molero embodies dedication, technical expertise, and a profound understanding of what it takes to deliver reliable and customer‑centric packaging solutions. His career is a clear example of how curiosity, discipline, and passion for engineering can grow into leadership that truly makes an impact.

Two Decades Growing with Mespack

Josep’s journey at Mespack began over twenty years ago, starting as an assembly machine technician. From day one, he immersed himself in understanding machines inside and out; how they are built, how they behave, and what customers expect from them.

Soon after, he expanded his experience internationally, travelling around the world as a machine installer. Working directly on‑site with customers gave him a unique perspective on real‑world production needs, operational challenges, and performance expectations across diverse markets.

Five years ago, Josep embraced a new challenge: transitioning into the role of Project Manager. This shift opened a new chapter, allowing him to combine his technical foundation with leadership, communication, and customer coordination skills.

Today, he leads the Project Managers team, a department that is essential to turning customer requirements into fully functioning, high‑performance packaging lines.

Driving Excellence in Customer Project Execution

As Team Leader, Josep plays a key role in strengthening Mespack’s global project execution. His work centers on:

  • Continuous innovation in project management methodologies
  • Coordinating factory product testing (FAT)
  • Overseeing on‑site commissioning
  • Ensuring seamless communication between engineering teams and customers

Josep describes one of the most rewarding parts of his role: “Leading projects from the very beginning; when the customer shares their specifications; and translating all that information into a solution that delivers the exact pouch, product, or process they need.”

For him, the pinnacle of the project journey is the on‑site Site Acceptance Test (SAT). Making sure the machine performs flawlessly at the customer’s facilities, and seeing their satisfaction firsthand, is what motivates him every day.

A Leader With a Customer‑Centric Mindset

Thanks to his extensive field experience and direct interaction with clients, Josep has gained deep insights into market demands worldwide. This allows him not only to guide his team with confidence but also to reinforce Mespack’s commitment to customer‑oriented innovation.

He believes that great project execution is built on three pillars:

  • Clear communication
  • Deep technical understanding
  • Strong collaboration between teams

His leadership style reflects these values, fostering teamwork, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Shaping Mespack’s Future, One Project at a Time

For Josep, Mespack is more than a workplace: it’s a place where he has grown professionally, embraced new challenges, and built long‑lasting relationships. With his unique blend of technical know‑how and strategic vision, he plays a vital role in supporting customers and contributing to the future of the company.
