The MSPH Series represents our newest advancement in vertical stick-pack solutions, meticulously crafted for the pharmaceutical industry. This innovative series offers versatility with multiple dosing system configurations and incorporates special motorized systems to facilitate easy cleaning. Additionally, a standard 18″ HMI is seamlessly integrated into the machine, providing operators with comprehensive information on a single screen page. This not only enhances operational efficiency but also saves valuable time in parameter management.
We have a dedicated team focused on checking and making sure our stick pack pharma machinery complies with regulations such as GMP, GAMP5, FDA, and 21 CFR Part 11. Furthermore, as documentation focused on pharmacy, the execution of DQ, IQ, RA, the redaction of PQ, and any other type of documentation upon the customer’s requirement are also provided by Mespack.
Stick packs are a successful solution for single-use packaging with the options of different formats such as round-edge stick packs, bottle-shaped stick packs, and twin stick packs for more than one product.
Regarding the documentation focused on pharmacy, we offer the execution of DQ, IQ, OQ, RA, the redaction of PQ, and any other type of documentation upon the customer’s requirement.
This machine is made of stainless steel in order to operate with pharmaceutical products. The full servo motorized system is also implemented into it, this gives you more coordinating control of the equipment movements.
This printing or coding area of the MSPH Series is integrated into the machine unwinder, so there is no additional protection needed. Moreover, the support for this area is independent to avoid any possible vibrations.
