Compact and reliable vertical stick-pack machine focused on the pharmaceutical industry

The MSPH Series is our latest innovation in vertical stick-pack solutions, specially designed for the pharmaceutical industry. This Series can be equipped with multiple dosing system configurations as well as special motorized systems for easy cleaning. Moreover, an HMI of 18” is integrated into the machine as a standard item that allows you to get as much information as possible on the same screen page, consequently, it saves time for operators in parameter managing.

We have a dedicated team focused on checking and making sure our pharmaceutical machinery complies with regulations such as GMP, GAMP5, FDA, and 21 CFR Part 11. Furthermore, as documentation focused on pharmacy, the execution of DQ, IQ, RA, the redaction of PQ, and any other type of documentation upon the customer’s requirement are also provided by Mespack.

Stick packs are a successful solution for single-use packaging, different formats are available such as round-edge stick packs, bottle-shaped stick packs, and twin stick packs for more than one product.

Full Servo and Stainless-Steel Machine

This machine is made of stainless steel in order to operate with pharmaceutical products. The full servo motorized system is also implemented into it, this gives you more coordinating control of the equipment movements.

This printing or coding area of the MSPH Series is integrated into the machine unwinder, so there is no additional protection needed. Moreover, the support for this area is independent to avoid any possible vibrations.

La MSPH600 es la máquina vertical de formado, llenado y sellado para productos farmacéuticos en stick packs. Esta máquina está especialmente diseñada para la industria farmacéutica, capaz de producir hasta 840 sticks por minuto. Cumple con normativas como GMP, GAMP5, FDA y 21 CFR Parte 11.

La MSPH600 es una solución ideal para cubrir altas producciones de cualquier tipo de producto, como polvos, líquidos, pastosos y granulados. Es una máquina competitiva especialmente diseñada también para fabricantes farmacéuticos principiantes.

MSPH300

MSPH300 es la máquina vertical de formado, llenado y sellado para productos farmacéuticos en envases stick. Esta máquina está especialmente diseñada para la industria farmacéutica, capaz de producir hasta 280 sticks por minuto. Cumple con normativas como GMP, GAMP5, FDA y 21 CFR Parte 11.

La MSPH300 es una solución ideal para cubrir producciones medias o bajas para cualquier tipo de producto, como polvo, líquidos, pastosos y granulados. Es una máquina competitiva especialmente diseñada también para fabricantes farmacéuticos principiantes.
