The wrap around case packer requires only one machine which wraps a flat cardboard blank around the product and seals it with jets of hot glue. As result of this system a single industrial case packer, can reach high production speeds, consequently reducing space and lowering maintenance costs.
A single operator can handle two wrap-around case packaging machines in the same room without any additional assistance. We offer equipment adapted to intermittent and continuous cycles, depending on the model of wrap around box and the requirements of the product to be packed.

How a Wrap-Around box is Assembled in a continuous machine

W-Series Forms and Seals the Case Automatically Around the Product

The W Series stands for versatility. This series of Case Packaging Machine offers versions that adapted to all types of packaging as well as a wide range of formats, box sizes, and trays, including display trays up to 600×400 mm and boxes with independent lids, which are created by the machine itself.

The use of sustainable materials is not the sole objective. The W Series allows for significant saving in packaging material, due to the type of wrap around boxes produced. The higher the production, the greater the cardboard savings.

Mespack Wrap-Around Technology offers higher production capacity in a smaller space and low operator maintenance time.

A single operator is able to cover two wrap-around case packaging machine in the same room without any assistance. We offer equipment that is adapted to intermittent cycles and continuous cycles, depending on the wrap-around model and the requirements of the product to be packed.

In regard to intermittent equipment, we have the W7200 and W700 PRO models, which are capable of packing 10 to 20 boxes per minute. In reference to the W8400, W8500 and W8600 models, we have continuous cycle equipment which pack 42 boxes per minute.
