Since joining Mespack, Montserrat has played a pivotal role in ensuring that every project is executed with precision, efficiency, and the highest standards of quality. Her dynamic approach and customer-focused mindset have made her an invaluable member of the team.
A Dynamic and Rewarding Role
For Montserrat, every day as a project manager is a new adventure, and she shares the following: “Over the past six years, I have had the opportunity to manage projects involving very different types of machines and technologies. This has allowed me to collaborate with clients from diverse industries and countries, making my work highly dynamic and enriching.“
Montserrat believes that communication is the backbone of successful project management. She ensures smooth coordination among all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, and unfailingly prioritizes empathy, professionalism, and objectivity to support clients every step of the way.

A Sweet Success Story
A project with a customer from the pastry industry was one of Montserrat’s most memorable. She recalls that “they purchased a machine with every type of filling station you can imagine, designed to handle a variety of very different products. It was a challenging project, but also a sweet experience given the nature of the products involved!” This project exemplifies the dynamic and engaging nature of Montserrat’s role at Mespack. Additionally, it showcases her ability to overcome challenges while building strong lasting partnerships with clients.
