Fold Hill’s first decision point was clear: their existing pouch line lacked reliability. After comparing build quality and value across suppliers, Mespack stood out as the most dependable partner. Two years later, as production demands grew, they expanded their line with a Mespack case packer, seamlessly connected to their existing premade machine. The result: a consistent, high-performance end-of-line setup ensuring smooth production flow and continuity.
Capabilities & Specifications
Fold Hill runs a premade-pouch line where the pouches arrive preformed and Mespack adds a Euro-hole punch for easy retail hanging. A multihead weigher feeds the H260 SC at speeds up to 50 pouches per minute, handling pouch sizes up to 2.5 liters. Filled pouches are transferred via a side-load transfer to the case packer, where a shelf-ready packaging is formed, ready to go straight onto retail shelves.
With both machines managed through Athena, Mespack’s intuitive HMI, operators benefit from a unified control experience that simplifies setup, training, and day-to-day operation.

To accelerate training and ensure a smooth ramp-up, Fold Hill leveraged Athena, the digital control system Mespack HMI delivered with both the premade machine and the case packer. As operators were already familiar with Athena from the existing pouch filler, adopting the new case packer required minimal additional training and enabled a seamless pouch-to-case packer integration without disrupting daily operations.
