Stick Pack Packaging Machines

Mespack, a Duravant company, designs and manufactures multilane stick pack packaging machines through two series: the MS Series, with up to 16 lanes for food, nutrition, personal care and home care, and the MSPH Series for pharmaceutical applications. Mespack also integrates its stick pack machines with its own cartoners and end-of-line systems in complete turnkey lines.

The choice depends on the product and the required output. Powders such as coffee, protein or collagen use auger fillers; granules such as sugar use dosing systems selected by product flow; liquids and gels such as sauces, syrups or energy shots use liquid fillers with a bottom-up nozzle that avoids splash on the seal. The MS Series covers these applications, and the MSPH Series is dedicated to pharmaceuticals.

Mespack offers dosing configurations for powders, granules, liquids and other product types. Whether different product categories can run on the same machine depends on the required dosing equipment, cleaning procedures, product compatibility and machine configuration.

Yes. The MSPH Series is specifically focused on pharmaceutical stick pack applications. It offers pharmaceutical-oriented construction and documentation, including stainless-steel and full-servo configurations, as well as support for GMP, GAMP5, FDA and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.

Mespack offers recyclable-ready configurations for selected packaging structures. The final performance depends on the material, sealing requirements, pack dimensions, product and operating conditions. Material testing and validation are required before industrial production.
