Equipped with a rugged tablet, which can be directly docked to the machine’s HMI, operators can instantly reach a Mespack service engineer from any location in their facility. The tablet can be undocked for mobility, thus allowing for free mobility around the machine while receiving assistance. - Simple Activation
By pressing the “I Need Help” button, you are immediately connected to a real-time chat with a Mespack technician. A case number is generated for tracking, and the technician is ready to assist you instantly
- Comprehensive Communication
The chat functionality enables instant messaging, file sharing, and even video calls. Operators can send images, videos, or documents directly to the technician, ensuring fast and effective problem resolution while minimizing machine downtime.
