This digital platform is designed to help our customers acquire having better control over the packaging processes, making and make them more efficient, as a result of analyzing the generated data.
On-Machine Control
The operator control screen is shown on a full HD 18,5” wide multitouch PC panel. The equipment is easily managed, due to the intuitive interface with fast access to real time data. The OEE, machine status, reject reasons, and alarms, are some of the available dashboards that will make the difference to the operator. It has three different user profiles, which enables the user to access to a variety of information and different kind of interactions.

Data Analytics
Mespack Athena collects real time data from the machine and stores it for analysis. The platform allows for an on-demand analysis of historical data. Additionally, Mespack Athena has easy visualization, can swiftly comprehend data through standard dashboards, and is able to schedule a preventive maintenance. All these features will assist our customers in making more reasonable and better business decisions, as well as optimizing the performance of their machines.
Mespack has developed two solutions for data storage, which depends on customer requirements: On-Premise and On-Cloud.
On-Premise
This solution is a standalone application, which consists of an industrial computer placed in the machine cabinet where all the data is stored and analyzed by Mespack Athena. It can be accessed through either a wire or wireless connection.

An edge computer, placed in the machine cabinet, is responsible for collecting and sending data to the cloud through an internet connection to be stored and analyzed by Mespack Athena. All the data can be viewed from multiple devices. Worldwide, the machine’s data, belonging to the same customer, can be consolidated in a unique Mespack Athena dashboard view.
