Mespack Hydroforma 660 DS is a low footprint, high-speed, and the fastest changeover time water-soluble machine. It is capable to produce up to 1400 ppm for liquid products and 2400 ppm for powder products. This equipment is the most efficient water soluble pod solution worldwide, in which you can produce more pods, in less time and waste.

Our autosplicer system for the water soluble pods rotary equipments allows you to make a reel quick changeover wihout downtime.
The Hydroforma Series maintains careful pouch control during and after the cutting process, preventing damage at every stage.
Eliminating the wasting valuable film. Quick change-over purges old product and primes those that are new.
Our unique pouch detector vision system monitors proper film formation in drum cavities. If film is not detected, no fill takes place. This feature saves you valuable time, by preventing unnecessary clean-ups.
