The Hydroforma 660 FB is the most advanced and reduced-footprint water-soluble pod packaging solution for high production requirements
The Hydroforma 660 FB machine has been created by combining the know-how of the HFFS machines and the technology of the water-soluble film machines. It has a flexible and compact design, which was developed to guarantee high production speed. The Hydroforma 660 FB has the capacity to produce between 7 and 20 lines of pods, the largest pod capacity is 90 mm wide. Depending on the design, the machine can reach speeds of up to 2000 PPM (Pods Per Minute), this is 122% faster than Hydroforma 660 rotary machines in liquid dosing.

Our autosplicer system for Hydroforma 660 FB machine, allows you to make a reel quick changeover wihout downtime.
The blades are pneumatically operated. Furthermore, they allow for quick and easy assemblies to maximize handling safety.
The Hydroforma can simultaneously load powders and/or liquids. The high precision, servo-driven product management features give an accurate assurance of your desired product amount
It is a servo-driven unit with blades that move up and down. This makes them a safe cutting system and facilitates the separation of the strings into individual pods.
The pods are transferred to a conveyor belt by individually controlled vacuum suction cups. The film trimmings waste is removed by a suction system that is located on both sides of the conveyor belt.
Our unique cavity detector with an ultrasonic system monitors proper film formation in cavities. Hence, if the film is not detected, the performance of fill does not take place. This feature saves you valuable time, by preventing unnecessary clean-ups.
