Design it online
Choose a pouch, bag or food-to-go format, set the size, closures, handles and shape, and drop in your artwork. In your browser, no software needed.
Design custom flexible packaging online with ProAmpac's MAKR by DASL, receive real samples at your door, and take your pouch into production on Mespack packaging machines.
MAKR by DASL is ProAmpac's online pouch configurator. In three steps, ProAmpac turns your idea into a real pouch and Mespack turns that pouch into an industrial process.
Choose a pouch, bag or food-to-go format, set the size, closures, handles and shape, and drop in your artwork. In your browser, no software needed.
ProAmpac’s Design and Sample Lab (DASL) produces printed physical samples and ships them to your local factory, ready for consumer tests and shelf checks.
Mespack trials your packaging on real pouch packaging machines at the Innovation Center and defines the line to fill and seal it at industrial speed before you make any investment.
ProAmpac, a flexible packaging manufacturer, and Mespack, a packaging machine manufacturer, work together on your project, so you go from first sample to production line with one team behind you.

MAKR by DASL is ProAmpac’s online configurator for custom flexible packaging. Users choose a pouch, bag or food-to-go format, set the dimensions, closures, handles and shape, apply their own artwork and order printed physical prototypes. DASL stands for Design and Sample Lab, the ProAmpac facility that produces the samples.
ProAmpac, a flexible packaging manufacturer, provides the online design tool and produces the physical samples. Mespack, a packaging machine manufacturer based in Barcelona and part of Duravant, trials the packaging with MIC (Mespack Innovation Center) machines and recommends the packaging line to produce it at industrial scale.
Designing a pouch in MAKR takes less than 10 minutes in a web browser, with no software to install. According to ProAmpac, printed physical prototypes are typically delivered within about two weeks, so brand owners can run consumer tests and shelf checks in weeks instead of months.
Yes. Mespack runs trials at the Mespack Innovation Center, where it has carried out more than 600 packaging tests and validations since 2020, around 60% of them for global brand owners. Trials confirm how the packaging performs at production speed before any machinery investment.
Validate the MAKR sample with consumers and your packaging team, then share your product, pouch format and target output with Mespack. Mespack engineers study the case, trial the pouch on production machinery and define the right pouch packaging machine or complete line, from pouch to pallet.
No. MAKR is the fastest way to get a physical pouch sample, but Mespack studies any flexible packaging project. Brand owners can contact Mespack directly with an existing pouch design to request a machine trial or a packaging line recommendation.
Once your samples are validated, tell us your product, pouch format and target output. Mespack engineers study your case, trial your pouch on our machines at the Mespack Innovation Center and recommend the right packaging machine or complete line. Please indicate which company you are interested in speaking with: Mespack or ProAmpac.
We will get in touch with you shortly.
