Dancing to the Rhythm of Innovation at Brazil's Carnival! Mespack's DV System Optimizes Feijoada Packaging

Carnival celebration is in full swing, and this time we’re highlighting Brazil, where the festivities are renowned for big parades, incredible costumes, and lively samba dancing in the streets of major cities. Embracing the traditional Brazilian dish, feijoada, Mespack offers a convenient solution for those with a busy schedule – ready-to-eat feijoada in doypacks.

For efficient and precise dosing of products like feijoada, Mespack recommends the Volumetric Dispenser (VD). Specifically designed for granulated products, this system utilizes a stainless-steel hopper that allows the products to flow by gravity into a rotary plate with telescopic cups.

Why Mespack’s DV system stands out:

• Fluid Filling by Volume: Achieve precise and consistent measurements with fluid filling by volume, eliminating guesswork in dosing.
• Telescopic Cups for Flexibility: The stainless-steel hopper feeds products into a turntable with telescopic cups, providing a versatile volume range from 1 to 10 cc and 20 to 40 cc to meet diverse needs.
• Mechanical or Motorized Drives: Choose between a mechanical drive unit controlled by a cam or a motorized clutch/brake unit, offering flexibility in control preferences.
• Dose Control Made Easy: Adjust dosage volume effortlessly with telescopic cups mounted on dosing plates. Precision is at your fingertips.
• Breakthrough Efficiency: Mespack’s DV system incorporates the latest technology, ensuring exceptional efficiency and outstanding performance for your packaging requirements.
