H170FE

This equipment has been developed to complete the cost-competitive range of H Series machines in order to produce stand-up pouches.

To ensure a high packaging capacity, up to 2 filling stations option is available with this solution. The H170 keeps the rugged construction which is characteristic in the Mespack program. It is a compact equipment with minimum maintenance and recommended for any kind of industrys, especially food, home care, and personal care. The different products can be filled with this machine: liquids, solids, granules, and powders.

H140FE

Mespack H140FE is the most reliable and compact packaging solution for small flat or stand-up pouches, the smallest machine which can make stand-up pouch.
This solution is developed in order to respond to the growing demand for high quality, low footprint, and cost-competitive packaging solutions for the production of medium and small-sized pouches.

It is recommended for any kind of industry, especially food, home care, and personal care, the products as liquids, solids, granules, and powder can be filled.

H260SC

Mespack H260SC is a solution for pre-made pouches with a maximum capacity of 2500c.c., it is formed by a pouch feeding conveyor in one or two lanes. Then a pick and place system transfer the pre-made pouches to the main module where they will be opened, filled and top sealed. Various pouch designs are available including flat or stand-up pouches, shaped pouches, pouches with zipper closures, top and corner spouts for easy product consumption, etc.

H180SC

Mespack H180SC is a compact solution for pre-made pouches with a maximum capacity of 1500c.c., it is formed by a pouch feeding conveyor in one or two lanes. HF

The new HF series works with top and edge spouted pre-made pouches. Thanks to continuous motion filling through the spout, the head space is reduced which allows 15% less film by preventing the wave effect.
This model is specially thought-out and designed to guarantee the greatest versatility. Thanks to its modular design, the HF series allows the addition of a pouch forming module to replace the automatic rail loading system. It stands out for being able to increase output capacity by adapting the machine to new additional lanes up to 4 lanes with HF4800. But the flexibility of the HF does not end there, it can also work with different products and formats simultaneously.

H570SC

Being able to produce up to 900 c.c. pouches, this equipment is indicated for frozen foods, prepared foods, sauces & condiments, in powder or liquid, beverages, dried fruits, snacks, confectionaries, dry mixes, etc.
Thanks to its versatility, it is very simple and fast to install multiple accessories and applications on demand to meet any specific packaging need.

H145

Mespack H145 is able to form, fill and seal stand-up pouches up to 500 c.c. It is a low cost horizontal packaging equipment, up to 4 filling stations are available to this model.

Mespack H570 Triplex solution forms and fills pouches with a maximum width up to 190mm and a maximum output of 180 pouches per minute. It complies with simplicity and robustness standards of Mespack design. It is designed to offer solutions for big stand-up and flat pouch formats.

HCM420

Mespack HCM420 is the fastest and most flexible solution which has incorporated the patented pouch transport system: the new Mespack Grippers Management System (MGMS). This revolutionary system enables the change-over of the carrousel system in less than 5 minutes through the touch screen.
The continuous HFFS machine is available as a fully automatic FFS configuration in dual and triplex versions or as a FS execution for pre-made pouches.

HCRM640

Mespack HCRM640 is an automatic horizontal rotary packaging equipment which can run with high format flexibility from 100 to 285mm pouch width. It is also easy to operate, quick changeover from HMI, which means fewer downtimes. (Sealing jaws, coder, dies, and pouch grippers adjustment).

The horizontal packaging machine for small stand-up pouch H440 follows the line of the simplicity and robustness standards of Mespack design. The horizontal packaging machine for retort pouches H360 complies with the simplicity and robustness standards of Mespack design, the H360 machine is fully prepared to produce small and medium size flat sachet and stand-up pouches with the possibility of retort application. It can produce up to 260 ppm with stand-up pouch, and 320 ppm with flat pouch.

H330

The high-capacity packaging machine for cosmetic pouches complies with the simplicity and robustness standards of the Mespack design. This HFFS machine is fully prepared to produce small size flat pouches with small top cap. It can achieve a high production capacity up to 340 ppm thanks to its 6-up version.
In addition to the fact that it has been designed to offer great versatility, it allows for multiple accessories and applications to be installed upon request, covering all specific packaging need.
